ok ok cool down. i'll withdraw my idea for money based incentive. it's always possible to make the money hard earned. i.e : incentive for every victory, 3x straight victories, advancing to playoff, or some performance based. At least you have to work to prove your manager quality.

Looks like my incentive examples 100k posts led to extreme feedback even thought i've bolded it just some rough ideas which subject to negotitation. The main idea was to honor the NT manager itself.

Imagine someone in your league is candidate to become NT coach ? Would you vote for him and "grant" him money to beat you afterwards ?

Yes, I would vote him if he can bring our Nation to a new level (winning championship, participate in WC), which he should be rewarded for this achievement.

If you worried about micronation, you can always plant some coefficient to make WR#96 earn more incentives than WR#5.

Give a managerial trophy on the manager's team page too rather than just on the NT team page.

I think a trophy will be a more honorable souvenir than cash- which can't be spectacled at by others!

I managed the U21 USA NT the last four seasons so I would be looking at:

400k for the four seasons
400k for advancing to the second rounds of each tournament
600k for participating at Worlds
1 million for the last two Worlds Championships that the USA has

That means that I would have earned 2.4 million dollars from my U21 NT experience. Sure this sounds nice, but I don't think it is needed and/or fair. I think simply giving the manager a trophy on his manager page would be nice but I expect no financial award, as I enjoyed managing the NT for national pride and the fun of it. It is hard but in my eyes worth doing and a good experience despite it being very time consuming.

firstly, it won't be easy for you to win the USA NT election. it's a hard work and little bit luck. second, to win the Asian Champs/Consolation is very rare as well. hence an award is worth for your hardwork. as for those mini nations, it will be almost impossible to achieve that kind of milestones. hence the award chance will be lesser for them. our BB team should be able to see better if they are about to roll with this plan.

Uh.... I've already won two. Like I said, I coached the USA U21 NT for the last four seasons before Phyr took over for me this season. All those economic numbers that I stated are what I would have truly earned. Having experience as an U21 NT manager and being probably the most paid manager in the last four seasons based on the four gold trophy's that the USA has won the last four seasons, I would be the person to enjoy the money the most, but I personally think that money is not needed to reward managers.

i actually started to agree with ppl here before your post. some other factor would be the kudos to all the NT team managers as well who should actually received the reward, which is already there via weekly merchandise. Not sure if suggesting to raise up the merchandise rate would do.
