I think it should be a viewable skill, because it's pretty obvious to see which players are more athletically gifted than others. I think maybe it would be best as something like game shape, except not fluctuating, where players can be rated 1-9 and be more separated from other skills. However, I don't think that it should be trainable, or if it is, then have it be very slow, as you can't really "train" someone to be more athletic. (Sorry for double post if not allowed, just wanted to have separate replies)

Not a bad idea but even if a BB reads it and decides to add it to the game, it will take a quite some time. At least 5 or 6 seasons.

I'm not saying it has to be added right away, just wanted to get my idea out there. Also, I think you're being a little negative with your estimate, at the most it would take 3 seasons, probably around 2 to fully implement it.
