ive always been under the impression that staff nationalities mean diddley squat.

im sure this was asked previously, but i really cant be sure. If i find the thread ill link to it. Im assuming that because you cannot search for staff members based on nationality, that it means nothing.

Perhaps this could be a suggestion for game improvement? It would also encourage teams to have more local players as well. No point in having a, in my example, an Aussie staff member, if half my team are spanish, or greek or whatever.

You can fire staff & get a minimal from your country. I imagine that would affect things in this area of thought.

Nationalities don't matter. Who's to say that if your coach is from a different country, he'll do a worse job? That's just speculative...

Anyone idea?

Ok... I kinda like the thought that... staff whom have a nationality match with players on the team, have an improved effect.

BB is equal opportunity employer.

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

Tough to say. I had an Israeli trainee who didn't train as quickly as I thought he should and maybe my Moroccan trainer didn't like him. On the other hand, you would think that my Moroccan trainer would want to do a great job so he can stay in the US and not have to go back home to a country ruled by a hereditary monarchy...by the way, I don't think that nationality matters here but I'm going to have a good time with it.

I wish there were pigmen. You get a few of these pigmen walking around I'm looking a whole lot better. Then if somebody wants to fix me up at least they could say, Hey he's no pig-man!
