Well, he could have had an 18 day injury, which would have rounded down to a 2 week injury, and a week after would still round up to a 2 week injury. Injuries also have sublevels of injury and stuff.

The higher the level of your doctor the more accurate the injury time estimate is as well i believe. Maybe you have a low level Doctor?
