Are you sure? I would've thought that a Level 7 doctor with massage specialty would effect the gameshape more than a level 3 doctor with massage specialty...

Its correct if you look in the game manual under staff it says " The level of the staff member does not impact the effectiveness of the specialty."

ah okay. Strange, any idea why it is like that? Instinctively I would've thought that level should affect effectiveness of a specialy...oh well :D

The level of the staff member does not impact the effectiveness of the speciality.


I think, the lvl of the doctor, just help to reduce the severity of player injuries.

Maybe a few minutes more - 70-75 , but not 80-90 even with a massage speciality.
