Probably it has been stated before .
But , what about having all the friendlies like between go easy and normal game focus (like 1.5) . Since I got out of the cup I can't increase my players' enthusiasm .

This makes sense in the top leagues , but I don't know about div 3 and below teams if this is really the case as they cannot compete with the upper teams subs anyway .

To give you an example I have been playing with go easy focus for every single game (maybe 1 was normal but I m not sure) but my players' enthusiasm gets to 10-11 for the Tuesday's game.

I hear you though.

Another thing I have been thinking was increasing the league games in a week to 3 in order to make seasons shorter but that is not a minor change

Please, add the BBM games to the player career stats and the team's history (they feel like ghost territory).

About (extra/other) games, a "League" Cup (total 4 games, cup format between the 16 teams in the league) in every league would probably do wonders for competition/fun/rivalry and allow pretty much everyone to have a (eventual) shot at a trophy every season. I know the schedule is tight as it is but if there's a way to make it work, I think it's worth it (to pretty much everyone for a change) (y)

I think adding link to NT events (like World Cup or w/e) in the long menu may improve NT visibility and players involvement around NTs. The way it is currently is kinda unclear for newcomers.
