I noticed that a doctor and trainer with fitness also help this.

I have one guy respectable, all the rest strong or proficient... funny but the respectable hit the game winner when it counted.

I know I will get killed this time around at division 2, but I want to train my bigs at OD anyways, so just chalk up a lost season, save money and get ready for 3 again. after this next season I willl be going to two position training for a couple seasons, so a few more quality prospects would really pay off, thus build up a little extra cash to be able to buy them.
I also did not use a single scouting point this entire season, so I should have a decent shot at getting a good prospect next season.

Ug... tough loss. Losing dewitt at the end of the third really hurt in the fourth quarter. Good game, let's hope that I can somehow pull out the series, but not optimistic at this point.

Well, the season did not go nearly how I planned it, but I can say that my draft went extremely well. I managed to get 3 of my top 4 prospects that I had ranked. I nabbed my #1 prospect, my #2, and #4 prospect. My scouting paid off really well and now, may you have the best of luck moving forward. I'm moving back down to IV where the Goats have belonged for a long time.

I certainly hope it works out. I had saved up a lot on draft points. I already had some good young prospects I had been training but the one good one I think has peaked. Anyways, the drafted players I'm seeing right now are giving me reason to try and move my older stars. Ya'll can see Bobby Cabuloy and Angelo Gabbiadini on the trade market now and when you see their stats, I think you'll see why I think they are frustrating.

They have phenomenal stats but their stamina and free throws have hurt me far too many times during games. My #1 prospect was showing amazing stats and had really good game stats. His free throw numbers panned out and he gave me strong free throw skill plus his stamina is really good. My number 2 is a good pickup and I think he's the second best player in the draft. His bonus was great free throw shooting in the box score and that showed in his free throw skill, and his stamina makes his other skills worth it too.
