Well wasn't quite expecting that for my first game in div 2. To be honest I didn't realise Breakers had sold up all I saw was a game against last seasons finalists which is why I normalled the game. Yes I know I'm a terrible manager :P

Not terrible mate, you came away with a record so bravo, you will work out the ways of DII, runs a little different then DIII, bit more long term strategy required to place yourself in a good position come season end. Good luck 77 pt man!

Well the Scorpions backed up their massive win up with a very important road win. HSD were pretty impressive over the Vikings, although did put in more effort at home. One thing to note is their big new signing did not play.

The Donkeys brutalised the Breakers as you would expect. My lads managed a home win against the Meateors which i am happy about.

Meanwhile on the other side it was tough going for Porirua and R0ckers who lost at home. Both being 0-2, it may be they need to make some changes to compete in this league. maybe a little too early to call on that front.

Doncaster Flames held on in a very tight match to get themselves on the board. Finally Branny secured their win over JW by putting in more effort at home.

I think it is too early to read too much into any of these results. it is shaping up to be a good season

Main focus training and league. Never really focus on cup and most likely would have lost the next cup match. I'll admit, 50k would have been handy cause I'm over budget but hey, in the end, I'm sticking with my plans so not bothered.

For the first time in a long time, my team produced 0 steals in a match :( Sooo disapointed seeing that as my team prides itself on that ;) 1st in steals in the past 2 seasons and now I'm 2nd last.
