Big NO.

It's part of the strategy : do you prioritize league games every week or long tournament run (for money and enthusiasm) ?
And if you're in a low division and can't go far in the national tournament, neither can your league opponents so it's fair to everyone.

There is no strategy if you have to face to a first division rival at tournament while your league mates play vs IV division ones.

Anyway, we can mark the other point:

Disable injuries at scrimmages.

I see.
Well, it's not really an assumption, it's what's expected.
Just because the game design isn't perfect, it doesn't make it any less wrong.
What you're basically saying is that the ASG week isn't a regular season week, which I agree and is surreal (IMO, it's not like teams in competition would stop training with games to play ahead in regular season competition but alas, it's what is is ).
Regular season training is/should be regular.
Back when I played (in real life, not the game), we practiced normally/regularly thoughout the regular season because there are games ahead to play/compete in order to advance, regardless of cup ties (a glitch, having two on the same week in the game, of course). We only stopped training when the regular season ended or we were eliminated in the playoffs. Regular season, regular training. I'll give you that the ASG week isn't a normal regular season week, totally agree with that.
Again, you don't really earn anything (other than remaining in competition)... you keep the "status quo" (3 games per week), the other 80/90% of the players (cup eliminated teams) are the ones who lose the game you're "keeping".
Think about it... why would teams mess up with their game shape in the middle of the season for no good reason?
Regular season, regular training.

Again, the suggestion really just was/is to make the ASG week a regular season week as, I suppose, it should be.

Suggestion : on leagues overview, add arrows to navigate through leagues.

Exemple, on league II.2 overview "⬅️" to II.1 and "➡️" for II.3, etc..

Hi,
about me users very need more numbers, tables and % about the difference levels of staff
Now nothing is write, only description.

Example:

Coach level 3: +10% training
Coach level 4: +15% training
Specialize: level 3 atlethic: + 2% stamina
...
etc
for each type of staff.
Now all is hide, or I cannot find it in manual.

And, the ASG week IS NOT equal for all team.
We must need to organizate an extra friendly match for not lose training.

I agree it's useless to waste any more time on a broken (but unchangeable) issue.

Suffice to say, you're getting your (extra) training from a cup game, not the all-star game, so what you mention does not apply (you're having 3 games despite the ASG not because of it).
In essence, the all-star game is a non-issue, the issue is the double cup games, obviously.
I don't think there's more to add that hasn't already been said.

To me personally, I find it uninteresting, frustrating and unfun but you can't please everyone, for sure.
Maybe if I'll reach the elite while I have my subscription but that's definitely undoable. Tough luck.
