People that don't like Joe. These votes are totally irrelevant, since Joe has consistently managed to achieve better results with the NT than the team would have with another coach.

The best part is, that don't even challenge him face-to-face, they poke him out of sight by anonymously voting against him. Such a dick move xD

Haha, there are countries who's NT coach has 100% rating. Usually it's 1 person who voted and it's the coach him/herself XD
