You have made my point for me. Isiah was an incredible player and he has his job mostly because of that reputation. As you can see it hasn't worked out so well.

Isiah was hired because of what he did as a player and it was a MISTAKE. Ewing was also a great player but he demonstated even less coaching potential as a player than Isiah did...so why in the world would you want him to coach?
