Well, round 1 goes to me against NWK. Without Marini too. I was a bit worried about this game to be honest even though they sold some of their players off.

and round 1 goes to Keyes. It was still close, i played TIE and it was away game so I am optimistic and still believe that I can take 3rd pot before playoffs.

Congrats on your win. That's huge one

it was a pretty good game, other than the third quarter which was a complete blowout and the difference in the game. I was a little surprised with the player ratings in this one showing such a large difference. I figured they would be closer, but I suppose the Griffins are far superior!

I would suspect that better enthusiasm and HCA would have been a good influence on this one for the Griffins.

terrible draw to a cup. Now I have to choose whether I want to play scrubs in league or cup :/

I was thinking to do an aquisition before playoffs of a decent big man (80k) and maybe try to get to league final, but looks like it makes no sense anymore since you aquired another big. I am out of the race for this season, but will still do my best to challenge for conference final

Yeah, I think my team is pretty much set now. I don't think I'll have to add anyone else to promote unless someone really starts picking up studs. I think I have room for 1 more depth player though if someone goes all out.

we'll see who has to go all out ;)
now the cross over games begin. i'm going out on a limb and saying the top 5 in the great 8 dominate the big 8 over the next 4 weeks. :)

You may win that bet but don't count us out yet. I still say there's room out there for at least one "upset" before it's all over. ;^) Heck I'm still in almost shock that I'm doing as well as I am in the Big 8 (almost because hey I didn't get to div II by doing nothing ... oh wait .. ummm nevermind lol)

Unfortunately i have to disagree with that. injury of my PG that will make him ineffective for 5 weeks (2 injury, 2-3 to regain GS) will make me lose ton of games.

by the way. I had like 5 injuries already this season (3 in game). I think I have already used injuries for next 5 seasons
