Then again i might have a better chance at interpreting Mandarin, which means that we should just give our Chinese candidate the gig.

How does this makes you appealing to our ones that are left? We have a database and pretty much every1 knows that are players are pretty weak because of no changes from the top in over 40+ seasons.

That's why we need the NBBA core back and I agree with you.

The pipeline is thin, but there is talent atound even now, and there is sime talent developing in the pipeline. What is lacking are overall numbers.

I think overall the pipeline is one of the worst countries to chose from. The Europeans and times within your target range are great targets for long term prospects. I have been picking Europeans for most of the time on here and I am ecstatic with the results. I keep my USA limit to the 1% and I generally put them at small forward but that one odd ball comes around and I got to put them at shooting guard to keep him on the team.

Goodness gracious sakes alive! Just plain gibberish. And its not like you do anything with the guys you bring in. The obly thing ive seen you even remotely train up is the japanese kid from last season who you got some solid OD on before you sold him at a loss.

I may never have developed a guy who comes even close to NT worthy or who for that matter is a beast at the club level. But at least over the last few calender years i have developed a solid core of home grown talent. My methods have been freelance in spirit but it has at least led to solid performance levels

2 items that I view as important but often get ignored in these debates are the unseen infrastructure necessary to succeed (database, offsite tools, etc.) and the involvement of American D1 and D2 managers in owning and finishing the training of NT players.

For Falke and Bob, how are we doing in these 2 areas and what will you do to improve infrastructure and to encourage more involvement from high-level managers? What other issues do you see as important to NT success that are often left unspoken in these debates?
