I just remember the 1st time that Steve contacted with me. During that time my team was wining, but i didnt knew actually what i was doing. Then he asked me for 4 young players that i had. Luckily all they where big, so with his advices i became a big man trainer. Then i was hoping just to have 1 player there. Then this season started, with me losing the elections for u21 NT manager by 1 vote. I said then that i would support the new manager as i did. Then i found my 2 talented players, that are members of the u21NT. 1 of them was the personal bet of fabio. With his help ive develop them enough to have 1 start from Gagalatos and some minutes for Papanagiotou. They are already much better players and they like 20+19 y/o. Now i scan the market every day just to find talented Cypriot big men, couz Papanagiotou will be on the market soon. He doesnt have great future as PF, but if someone train (his already good) outside skills then he will be great SF and permanent member of NT.
Me and Thecippis we train for now big men, so if you wanna follow that route we can help you. If you wanna train guards, then Steve Makis its your man.
Edit: I want to explain why the managers have specialty. Trying to train all the team, makes the training really slow. We only train FT/stamina during the all star and the offseason. So to be able to have complete team, the 1 who is training big men' he sells 1 of them and with that money can get a great player for the positions that he dont train.
Training is a big part of this game, and very important.
