As this conference is not commented I will present here my plans for the National Team, but first a little introduction.
My name is Mr. Santos and I am the coach of AD Azeméis, which just went to the III Division of Portugal. I am a very focused person on the game, and I dedicate most of my free and/or professional time to the game.
Now, my plans for the Thai U21 National Team.
Currently, I do not have a staff to help me with the National Team. However, several offers have been made and I am sure they will accept.
1 - To improve Thailand's ranking and respect to all of the BuzzerBeater community.
2 - Improve Thailand's game and, if possible, win the Asian Championship.
3 - To bring to the Thailand's team the best of the best, so we can have a strong NT to dispute international games.
4 - Have more friendly games to experiment which players have a more offensive and/or defensive balance.
5 - Unite the Thai BuzzerBeater community as, in first hand, it seems very appart.
These are a few of my plans for Thailand's U21 National Team.
