No, there wont be an option to cancel it, as it's ripe for abuse.

Being able to buy your own player can be abused, but any savvy owner will simply not bid on a player that the selling team has bid on.

There shouldn't be an option to cancel it as you get a screen asking if you are sure. But go ahead and bid for your own players. Theres a big risk in that you lose money when the other team won't pay anymore
