So the only way to control minutes is to have players play full 48 minutes? In the recent weeks I've been trying to get players to play a 36/12 split using follow depth chart (I assumed the minute distribution is 36/10/2 since I read somewhere that it's the distribution of training minutes for the winning team in case of forfeit), but every game my trainees end up having splits like 28/20 or 30/18 which put a lot of pressure on the rest of my week.

The inconvenient of making that change (i.e. the probable reason it hasn't been done yet) is that on non-training positions, I'd rather have the GE coach avoid exhaustion if possible, and/or give target minutes for the game (in case I want to hit a specific range of weekly minutes for GS).

Would it be possible in the future to try to:
- give rotation orders per position ("Let coach decide" on PG/SG/C, "Follow depth chart" on SF/PF), or even
- give rough minute estimates per rotation slot (and the coach will try to make it happen with 2/3 minutes of error maybe)

At least i would like to have an option to ignore garbage time on trained position.

40min for all for full training is best solution.

I applied today your trick. 8 players aligned, with goal to have SF and PF 48 min. SF played 43 minutes. No fouls at all.
