hi, i am Carsten from Germany and i also like to get Nippons U21- coach.
i prefer players named allrounders......not only three very strong skills (15+) instead i like players with minimum 5 skills between 13 and 15 - have very good experiences with them if they are playing against first named type of player !
shall not know that there arent such players in Nippons NT - i can not judge over this without insider qualitys now and its looking like you/ khenry are doing a great job as U21- coach !!!
but i am trying to have a chance for getting votes to become the new nt- coach of Nippon........hope you arent angry with this ! ;)
my motivation is very big also my experience and i am a great teamplayer !

Watashi wa allrounders to nadzuke rareta senshu o konomu... ... 3Ttsu no hijō ni tsuyoi sukiru (15 +)de wa naku, 13 to 15 no ma ni saitei itsutsu no sukiru o motsu senshu ga sukidesu - karera ga saisho no senshu no taipu to taisen shite iru baai, ! Nippons NT ni sono yōna senshu ga inai koto o shitte wa naranaideshou - watashi wa naibu no hinshitsu nashide kore o handan dekizu, anata/ kerī ga U 21 no kōchi to shite subarashī shigoto o shite iru yō ni miemasu! Shikashi, watashi wa Nihon no atarashī shidō-sha ni naru tame no tōhyō o eru chansu o eyou to shite imasu.. ... ... Anata wa kore de okotte inai koto o negatte imasu! ; ) Watashi no mochibēshon wa watashi no keiken demo hijō ni ōkiku, watashi wa subarashī chīmupureiyādesu!
