Me too glad a old vet recognize my name staying in division 4 and building relationship seem to help out loads. Must do if you are a complete noob. I still do offsite and there is still people trying to learn from past diaries and how they failed to tweak them into their systems. I am doing three diaries 2 under 21 players so.

I was on the discord channel but they ban me!!! Because 6th man parents kept complaining about the way he wasn't winning so. I hope he does do well in the season but like you and the rest of the 5 divisions I want the best for the national teams.

They say that the minimum requirement is 7 pot but there are a couple all stars on the team lmao. Not only that none of the scouts has a under 21 player on their roster!!!! Not only will Jkal have to manage scouts and tell them what to do but he will have to in directly manage people to achieve success not a formula on here for success.

That line about 7 potential has been on the front page since forever. I was able to get a 6 potential player on the US21 back in S27 so it's not unheard of.

I'm a fan of them being more open minded on their selects. Sometimes the long term projects take more time to flush out. He has 5 callups left. Whether he uses them on saves or late season reinforcements remains to be seen.

I'm a 2x former U21 manager myself (Jamaica/Bahamas). We never had the number of draftees to really compete with the US. Our strategy relied on saves which required convincing larger countries to take on our players late in the season. Sometimes we had 19 and 20yo's on the roster just to keep those players training. It's thankless work, but perhaps you might make a run for one of the micronations yourself.

The impetus for my even running was similar to the frustration you're feeling with the US21. The community at that time was not as inclusive and it truly was a 'dark cabal' which didn't help other less experienced managers. You always have the option to go Expat and go head to head with them. Our squads got wrecked by the US21 but it did teach me a lot when we were playing against lesser teams. Think about it.

I am running in 6 months I have been messaging new people every so often to keep it from being spamming. I need a new right hand man in my secret group to talk about strategies and war tactics to deploy... Yes I agree that its one politcal clique that people have tried and failed to undermined.
