Really as long as you're attacking the inside that is where the FCP is vulnerable. And you'll get loads of offensive rebounds. I just prefer LI over LP for an inside offense. Besides, with LI being faster that gives less time in the shot clock for your guards to turn it over.

I think you should slow it down and go with patient.

Definitely not. I love the FAQ but in this instance its wrong. I've played fcp a fair bit and I'd quite like everyone to play patient against me. Its right about low post though, which I hadn't wanted to say because people in my division will see this.

Also, if you have the ability to not play players with particularly bad passing and handling, I know that can help your team take care of the ball vs the press. Once you've made it through the press, the actual effectiveness offered by that defense is terrible.

I'd agree with those who said to play Look Inside. That is, if your team is built for Look Inside or built neutral. If you have an outside team, then I'd go RnG.

I wouldn't go slow against a FCP too. The best solution is to play a fast tactic. FCP already takes a big piece of your stamina away and if you play a fast offense against it, the effect will be even bigger. A slow offense against a FCP will "support" it here. And that's the last thing you want.

Thanks. I didn't explain why I think patient is a bad idea but stamina is definitely one. Its also helps my rebounding when an opponent plays patient which I find is a bigger negative for me when playing fcp.

Personally I'd give most weight to Nachtmahr's opinion. Though yours would be very important too, as you know your team. For what its worth I think the best advice is often to just do whatever you think your team does best.
