Good afternoon Gents,

I would like to introduce myself as a South Africa U21 National team coach candidate . After managing my team for a long I decided to make further step and to start national team practice.

About me
I am originally from Kiev, Ukraine. I had been playing BB for a while, my first experience dated season 7, and then I made a short break and came back in season 13. I feel that I learned many things during this time. I kept my ears open to tactical advice , picked up some tips by watching how successful teams and nations put together their schemes (as there are some really innovative ideas out there). I am a member of russianspeaking community and learned a lot from the best managers there, also I read BB global and Help topics. Also I am familiar with some really experienced and successful on NT level managers who can give me advices if needed. I speak English free (also learning French at this moment=), so there will be no problems for me to communicate with local managers.

Why South Africa
South Africa is a micronation (no abuses) and African teams are not as competitive as others. So there is not so high pressure and better consequences for manager to achieve high results. Furthermore, English is one of the national languages of SA, so there will be no language barrier between me and local managers, as I speak it easily. Also I like South Africa chances to become real force in Africa, we just need to make more efforts to accomplish it.

Goals:
- My main goal for the first time is to get a good look into the squad , how they were trained and create a system which will guarantee succes for the upcoming seasons.
- According to what I can see now, South Africa wont make a deep run in the upcoming continental championship, so the minimum task will be to promote to the second group round and as a result a chance to play on repechage tournament next season. The best scenario will be making semis.
- Establish communications with local managers. I'm going to try to stay active with the community and hopefully once a base of managers involved with the U21 is built it'll be easier to interact with them as I grow to trust their opinions. All opinions will be taken into consideration and all suggestions must be voted on. Also I wish to cooperate with current NT manager to make bigger contribution.

Also I am going to discuss all games and the situation of NT. I hope that will increase local managers to participate in forum life and would inspire player owners to train and buy them.

My ambition for the u21 side would be to consolidate our position as a rising force , i would do everything i could to ensure the managers of these players were fully motivated to train them and to maintain strong healthy gameshape on these players. This would enable us to move towards victories and coninue the development of our young stars of the future.

Any doubts, critics or suggestions, please send me a BB Mail or post it on the debate thread (252351.1).

Good luck to all candidate, good luck to South Africa this season no matter who you decide to vote for. Have a nice day!

Regards, Borgore
