well, my friend has tracked experience abit, and his observations says 820 mins at cup games is equal to 1 pop.
Also gms says that scrimages gives less xp than league games, while cup and playoff games gives more xp, also it depends on how close the game is, the closer the game, the better xp ur player gets. Thats all i know.

Yea, I heard that you need aprox 900 minutes to get a pop, but depends of the type of games. scrim give very little and PO are the best.
Webs like buzzer-manager.com show when you get a pop in experience, so that can help follow that stat, too.

dang, i love giving players very less minutes, and rotate a lot.

Me too! that hurts their chances for all star, mvp or stats leader, but the ultimate goal (championship) is the most important. ;)

Another thing: private leagues don't give any experience either.

NT games also give experience, don't know how much though

I also read somewhere that games that went into OT provided minute XP boosts to players involved.
