Hi my friends,
I want to become NT and i believe i have the experience.I play from 9 season and my team is in the second category in Greece.I have spend plenty of time to train young talents .I saw the roster and although it is not so good there are many under 21 player who have big potential.So, in 2-3 seasons barbados will be better.Youneed a coach with experience .I won't promise something that is impossible because i don't like telling lies to become National coach , but i promise that i will do whatever i can to help Barbados become better.Also, i will try to buy a barbarian player from under 21 national team...to help national team.

Hello i am from the USA and i am running for the coach of the Barbados. I would love to take this coaching experience and help turn this team around as they are last in the rankings im not saying im going to win gold but i am saying i will work to the best of my abilities to improve this team. I also plan on buying a player from the Barbados to help bring in training and I really want to work with everyone on how to train a NT player and U21 player. I myself am training a U21 USA star and i would be very happy share with you about him and how i plan on making him if your interested. I really plan on trying to get everyone more involved in the NT and i would love your support to help me do that! I participate of this election. I think I can to be coach of Barbados NT. I will research good players in every teams in Barbados. And the good players in U21 will be recruted in NT after, when they are 22. I will give preferencial treatment for the young players and for the players playing in Barbados(1st division, 2nd, and after) .

If you want, I will can advice for your training and I will train the NT players. I connect regulary, you can count on me for lead your team on the high of national classement! I am a good coach, every seasons exepted the last, I lead me team in finals. The last seasons, I leaded my team in semi-final. If you want say me, I promote the BB forum. With me the chat will be in BB and not in external forum.

i have been helping out a bit with the u21 team in the last season cause we had a great u21 coach who was willing 2 chat & share his ideas

i will do the same, keep the forums going in a fun, friendly & open way

nothing will be secret & every1 can have a say

i will also try 2 find good managers 2 train our players cause a young player with potential is nothing without training

i already work well with the u21 coach

i already know some of the barbados managers

i already know some of the barbados players

i already know the coaches of 3 other nts who i can talk 2 & find out stuff

i already know i am the best candidate

Hello Barbados,

I am Dawhitesox14 and I would like to be your next NT manager. Currently my team is ranked 7284 in the world and 315 in the USA. I've only been playing since season 11, however I understand the game very well and my team is already in Division 3 (there are 6 divisions in the USA). I can't promise you that our team would be very good regardless of whether or not I'm manager because of the small number of users in the country, but I can promise you that I'll try to help our team over-achieve and win some national games.
