I think the number of pop difference will be max 2 over 2 seasons. I hear that lvl 5 trainer gives about 2-3 extra pops over 2 seasons compared to lvl 4 trainer. So I doubt the difference between lvl 6 and 7 trainers are 3-4 pops over 2 seasons.

so it's like if i use skill trainer 7 i will get 6-8 extra pops up if now i use skill 5 trainer ??

No, I don't have any backup to support my theory but I'm pretty sure that lvl 7 trainer will only give extra 1 pop (max 2) over 2 seasons, compared to lvl 6. If you compare to lvl 5, it may be 2-3 pops over 2 seasons.
