Well the number of ticket holders is such a small portion of your total arena attendance each week that I don't think it really matters that much. Unless other teams have substantially more ticket holders than me :P

The ratio of ticket holders is likely to be significant.

Plus, there are a substantial number of teams that have yet to figure out they can build luxury boxes. There are several Eur-ons (one in in DII!) who give (bad) advice in this thread who have been playing for three-four seasons and have not built a single luxury box.

Obviously they don't have a clue and seeing they have five luxury box season ticket holders might be the clue they need to finally build the box seats.

Significant ratio? What percentage of your arena average attendance is season ticket holders?

Well according to your question, you asked what types of tickets do season holders have.... You didn't ask how many of each they had. Plus how am I supposed to know how many of each they have.... So if you read your question over again you will see that my answer wasn't obvious.

Hello,
Maybe i can try to help you, understanding better the season tickets holders.

In my own opinion, i think they exist to give us a "clue", to the maximum arena capacity.
Following this ideia, and my own experience, we can assume that it represents between 15 and 20% of the maximum number of seats you can have in your arena.

So if you have 1.405 season tickets holders, your total arena seats should be around 8.780.
Then, you have to brake down that number, in the various types of seats, something around this:

Bleachers (83%), Lower Tier (13,5%), Courtside Seats (3,25%), Luxury Boxes (0,25%)

Best regards.

I'm not sure if that's the case. My season ticket holders is only 596 but I have 100 % attendence every time (5450). I only joined this game at the end of last season and I was ranked 8th so probably the season ticket holders for this season is very low but depending on how well you play, there could be a lot of audience.

I actually think a season ticket holder will purchase the most expensive ticket he can afford so the the ratio all depends on your pricing.

Example: If a season ticket holder can afford a $50 seat but your lower tier is at $70, he will buy a bleachers seat. If you drop your Lower Tier price to $40 he will buy that instead...

I don't think a season ticket holder is stuck with the same seat all season, this would be way harder to code and wouldn't work very well with price changes. You would really have to have a BB answer this question for a definitive answer thou as I don't think anyone else really knows.

You said it all in your answer, when you joined the game your team was 8th, so you got a low season ticket holder for this season, but as you are ruling your league with 12-0 you can set your prices much higher.
As you can see you already have 11% of your arena filled, so it´s either time to improve the prices or the size of it.

Attendance is always related with wins, both in the league and cup games, so in my opinion you should BUILD a lot more seats in your arena, and you wouldn´t even have to lower your prices very much.
Or if you don´t have money to improve your arena, you can raise your tickets price, earning even more money.

I don't think you can predict which seats a season ticket holder will buy, and i doesn´t even matter where he will seat.

What matters to me, is trying to explain to a new user, how much seats should he build, in order to have a profit and trying to maximize his gains.

Selling tickets will always depend on wins ans prices, so you must adjust the prices acoording to your season records, but even then you must have a clue to how much seats you should have in your arena.

And if you check the most sucessful teams in the game, you will also see that the ratios i gave are pretty close to reality, but i say again it all depends on each team.

I'm currently expanding my arena. Just spent all my money on it.
