Definitely upgrade your trainer. Even if your money is tight, you should upgrade at a minimum to a lvl 3 trainer. But would recommend a lvl 4 for your division. Wait until after Monday to buy your new trainer so you wont have to pay the new salary until the next Monday. But make sure you get him before the Friday training update. Good luck.
