Thanks to the both of you for your advice.
What do you think is the lowest in potential that I should accept when aquiring a big man as a trainee?. I am thinking that star should be the lowest. What do you think?

A star potential is ok if you are only going to train him for a year or two otherwise you should get a guy with better potential. One of my big men trainees is a star, btw.
