I don't believe the allstar game counts towards experience. Different rookies start on different values of experience.

Are you sure about this? I would think that they would all start with atrocious experience and the lowest possible sublevel

I don't know whether different players get experience at different rates. However a rookie doesn't have to start on atrocious experience, they can start on higher experience (eg. Pitiful).

does potaintal has something to do about gaining experience? like hall of famer is faster moveing up than a role player?

the hall of famer is more likly going to play on higher level later in his carrier and could use some more experience than

No.
The only reason a player with higher potential would get more experience is because they could be trained to have higher skills, which means they will play at a national level, and so will get experience from national games.

Thanks for all the answers, but one more question...Does a player get more experience for playing in a NT match, than playing in a U21 match?

I think they are treated the same, but if one gave more experience it would be the NT.
