I ended up firth in my competion which totally sucks , however since I dont play releagtion or play off's shouldnt the transfer window be open for me?

You can make transfers, but the transferred players cannot play league games with their new teams before next season. They can play in scrimmages and private league games, and I believe in Cup games too.
