I reckon my team would be easier for them to beat than what yours will be after stacking cash for a season in the ABBL.

Greetings all.

Vios and Crocs - it's like a reunion! And Haggards too! - wow, taking me right back to where it all began. All we need is Holtz's Meateors here and the nostalgia will be well and truly flowing.

This league looks tough. Crocs and I were relegated from II.1 after season 15 and that was the strongest div II league (at the time - it dropped right off last season, talk about bad timing), but this looks tougher again.

Hmm...can't see myself staying up. A season back in III was refreshing, but the standard down there is much higher than it used to be.

Good luck everyone. go easy on me.

And what a massive surprise it was to see yourself and Crocs relegate in the first place. Especially Crocs, who for as long as I was in the div, had always been the team that finished 2nd but never quite made it. I think Beechy would probably be that team in this league, always around the mark but never quite able to take the choccies.

Our league certainly has strengthened since I landed here 3 seasons a go. There just aren't any games you can afford to TIE and still expect a definite win. She'll be a tight race this season and at this stage i'm not even going to try to pick an early favourite. I will say it isn't Beechy though, (hopefully that will take some pressure of you Beechy and allow you to finally get up for a title!) ;-)

Ha, if only it were true then I would love the pressure. Unfortunately my team is probably still a season away from reaching it's golden era.

If i could make my 50k C a 50k PG i would be set. Need to save some more cash to make that happen though. Need a bigger arena as well hmmm.

Welcome back Greeno, I still think II.1 is brutal but this a deep and consistent league that seems to have fewer tankers and a lot of very well managed teams.

A great question. My team is a lot more expensive than last season and at $350,000 a week probably one of the most expensive. But I need to make a very specific change to have a good chance to achieve it, I know what I need to do but I think I will be waiting until after the all-star break to decide if I think it is worth the shot.
