Suggestion: Make "Managed by a computerized player" and and its subtle variations an invalid manager name.

And maybe make a one time forced name update of the current "offenders" to something silly, perhaps "Bigfoot Enthusiast"

I feel like I'm seeing more and more of these....

Can we change the start page?

My start page tells me what my win-loss record is so I know if I’ve won my last game before I get to watch it.

Can I get rid of that from my home page which opens when I log in??

While that has some truth to it, it's also almost impossible to regulate. Also, banning may be too harsh and the rule you just quoted is mainly targeted (probably) at multiple accounts. If someone is inexperienced that costs money too.
