I will never spend another cent on scouting! I got my two five star player as my first pick and he might be worth a ham sandwich.

did someone get anything special from the draft? mine is crappy. a 1100 player with 6th man potential and a 1700 guy with role player potential. only one of my guys is worth training and I am not sure if it's worth. I wonder if someone found his john wall.

oooh, I like my guy. You know that 18 year old I wanted so much.. He can dribble, he can pass, he can play O/D. He just can't shoot. Looks like its back to single position training for me.

I'm thinking of a great rotation of Mays, the new kid and Mina picking up some scraps. Do you think its foolish to play Mina in scrimmages knowing a) if I train him up any further, I won't be able to afford him and b) how important he is to my team's success?

Guess I better go learn his name. But here are his stats:

Booshes:

This is exactly what I have done the past two seasons to stay in DIV 3. I moved up 2 divisions my first two seasons and was ill-equipt to compete. I still have 1 more season of building before a "might" become a treat. I will say this is my first major rebuild and I think my team is much better. We'll see.... And Good Luck!

5. Be pragmatic - I will circle games at home I know I can stay close in, and go CT for some of them. I will always TIE against really good DII and recent NBBA relegates if I happen to end up in the same conference as one. I hope for 7-8 wins and a favorable relegation matchup. Just like Scrap :)

I got a better player than I though although it was my 6 pick. Someone else took the point guard that I was willing to train.

Hmm, looks like I won't be steamrolling teams anymore. I win a nail-biting series to advance to D.III, only to find myself here and feeling pretty sure that I need to sell my highest paid player right away. His training is capped and I desperately need some depth. I know I'm not winning anything this season so I think it's the right move, even if it means relegation. Keeping a roster that won't win anything and has only two trainable players isn't the best way to maximize my assets.

Oh well, should be fun either way. I started in Season 8 and I've been one of just a few active players every season so I'm looking forward to the challenge of playing in a league where everyone is actually playing the game, manipulating tactics to their advantage and getting better every week through transfers and/or training.
