I don't really know. I have hardly ever done 1 position training. My guess is that 46 minutes at 1 position is better than 48+ at 2 position.

Once I scored a basket that still makes me laugh.

Hello!

I will say that it depends on the level of your trainer. The better the trainer is, the more qualitative training will be. In general terms, a player need to play at least 48 minutes to optimize his training. But a better trainer will overcome the missing minutes and enable a train a player like he played 48 minutes when we played less.

1.Which training is better for one trainee?
I will say the 1st one. 46 minutes single position with at least a competent trainer.
Otherwise, the second option.

2.How much different between 1-position and 2-position pressure training? (in training analysis is very different)
A single position pressure training will pop a players outside defense skill in two weeks.
A two position pressure training will pop a players outside defense skill in 3-4 weeks.

There are so many factors involved in training that making a blanket statement like you do in #2 is deceiving. Age, height, relative skills, and trainer level all contribute to the training speed. I don't think there is a big difference between level 3,4, or 5 trainer.

Yep, you are right. My previous statement was more on an average level. But regarding the trainer level, I read somewhere that the difference between a level 4 or 5 trainer is that a level 5 trainer will give his training points to the player that has not absolutely played 48+ mins per week. Whereas the level 4 only focuses on 48+. About the level 3, he trains slower than the 4 and 5.

Anyways, and I agree with you Somdet: buy cheap, train young, respect the height regarding your training program, bet on a [perennial all star;all-time great] potential, the whole leaded by a level 4-5 trainer, and you'll be happy.

Good luck against Taiwan!

Disappointing loss for the NT team against Indonesia. We were in the game until the very end. Thailand really needs some big men. Saithong is getting there, and I am very happy with Mohd's progression. I wish there was someone out there who wanted to train a 200k+ big man for our NT.

Hello Somdet!

Indonesia were better than us. We still need a lot to do till we can pretend having better results. And that time will come ;). Who are you talking about anyways? Does the player you've mention already exists? Or do you wish we can train a + 200k big man?

No, he doesn't. Our best big men are Mohd Azmani bin Che Omar and Somdet Saithong, whose combined salaries are only $210k. We have some decent players and I think our backcourt is pretty good. Our big men just can't compete.
