It looks like almost all the scouting is done, which is great. By my count, the only divisions left to do are:

IV: 5-8
IV: 17-64

If anyone would like to do the scouting for these divisions, then I think it's fine to just start scouting them. I would recommend making a post first though, stating that you have started to work on them (and perhaps you could edit the post as you go; this is how I personally do things, and I like that method).

I might do some of the scouting here later tonight if I get the chance. Overall, it looks like things are going well, and I think it would be great if we could get all the divisions finished by the end of tomorrow.

I'll try and get to some of these tomorrow.

I just logged in and I see that almost every team in my division had a player added to the u21 national team. Poor me, wasn't fortunate enough to draft a player and I am poor right now so I cannot afford to buy good trainees
