thanks to both of you ;)
How to complete him? He has already got OD trainings and now I need to train ID, maybe I could make something better but I've just bought a new trainee and I don't have other options...

He is going to be a complete player regardless how you finish him, but 2 more pops in passing are almost free.
1 more pop in Rb is also a good idea for a SF.
I would do this with 6 extra pops (possible but maybe not worth it):
10-6
15-13
14-10
12-13
9-13
If you must train ID:
10-6
15-13
14-10
11-15
9-10

Well I understand by the means that you do in the same way... Meaning that you dont mind my idea I do correlate my player builds to real life build of players. I dont follow nba I just follow college basketball and olympic basketbal. Olympic is where I get most of my builds from. Every opinion on here is how to help the guy will help gaining success its only to help not to decline success.
