This is difficult choice , actually u Player A and Player B look like similar ,Because of they’re both lower potential . so if you want to training sth , I advice u take 5 star ratings 18/yo 2 potential , maybe u can sell , if you don’t want to training ~ I think age always first choice ~

one think which intrested more, is the salary in comparision to the star(skill) rating, but maybe someone makes a study about both.

Yes, 5-star rating is very random. I got 2 5-star rating which have 1 ball potential.
For me no hesitation : choose the 5-ball potential.

The 18 yr old has better potential and is younger. I would definitely pick the first player.
