Only if you are very unlucky. My all star has 110 TSP and I have seen other all star with more.

thanks to both of you ;)

How to complete him? He has already got OD trainings and now I need to train ID, maybe I could make something better but I've just bought a new trainee and I don't have other options...

He is going to be a complete player regardless how you finish him, but 2 more pops in passing are almost free.
1 more pop in Rb is also a good idea for a SF.

I would do this with 6 extra pops (possible but maybe not worth it):
10-6
15-13
14-10
12-13
9-13

If you must train ID:
10-6
15-13
14-10
11-15
9-10

Heading on the right path so far. Are you?
