It stinks, no one in my div will accept a scrimmage and the only ones i get are from teams on a whole nother level.

You are making srimmages much to important,those kind of matches are just to manage your gameshape.
Or maybe that 1 of your trainees needs some more minutes on a position to receive a full training.
If you like you can play a scrimmage against my team next week,those games I only use my back-ups and maybe 1 trainee .I don't really care if I win or lose.

For a more competitive scrimmage, you can go to the Ranking Comparison link from your league page. It's much easier to find a team close to you in country/league rankings since they're listed.
