Come on,

you can't tell it is bogus, there are lot of foreign players making 7" it deserves counting but maybe 50%. If they are 20 25 people over 7" in your league, how many leagues in the game. Just in Usa One D1 4 D2 16 D3 64D4 256 D5 512 D6 853 divisions in USA,France,Poland,Spain,Italy. There are 10 times more 7" in BB than living in the world(playing basketball or not).

I'm not suggesting making disapear these players on lower division, maybe reduce them, and make size something so hard to get as potential. I drafted 4 seasons ago a 7'2 Hall of Famer, IRL such a player happens every 5 or 10 years.

If you disagree with the number of 70 7feeter in the USA (20 years old to 40) what is your estimation 500,000? 70 is a number i heard about in many sites, looks as it is close to reality

NB: I just checked, there are 35 7feeter in current NBA, 16 of them are American, 19 come from abroad

Its bogus because you shouldn't believe everything you read on the internet, especially statistics that are from 'estimated/calculated' references. because its usually just someone trying to make a point and using 'statistics' to make that point.

i counted 88 US born NBA players from the last 2 decades. (roughly 2-40 years old).

so if there are 88 US born current/ex NBA players NOW who are over 7FT, and the % as per that stupid Centre for Disease Control bell-curve estimate, is 17%, then your number ends up more at around the 500 mark

with regards to BB, use proportion as a measure...... BuzzerBeater once started out with only a small number of leagues and users and as such, players, so the actual number of 7fters in the game was a lot less. Now that the game has grown, more users = more players = more over 7ft.

but if you use proportion, thats always stayed the same and when you look at it from that perspective, the numbers are much more acceptable in my opinion.

true
but BB isn't real life. and the number of league's is not proportional to the number of professional BB players. It would be unfair that only the top leagues had 7ft's, whilst the lowly Div IV could only scrap together 6'6 guys at best.

Well now those 6'6 Centers that appear in the draft would suddenly make sense xD

I like the idea of less tall players in total.

Every statement is true depending the interpretation you have of the game, if you consider it as a unique world where a country like Luxembourg can provide i don't know let's say 5 7 footer each year at least(counting unmanaged team if you have to multiply)and where all countries provide much more basketball players your point of view is ok.

I saw that more in a "simulation with fictive names" like, and in this case there can't be so many tall players in every league, because it just couldn't happen in real life. I was shocked thinking about a basis of just one draftee per league per year in the 853 french divisions, 853 new 7footer player each year in France is ridiculous

I sadly know about 7 footer in the game, my top prospect is 7"2 unfortunatly ^^ (Numerous AND not so good to own yes=) )
