To what age do you guys think you could train a player who has Hall of Famer potential for?

I know there can be a lot of factors like Skill set & Height, so for example,

An 18year old 6'6 player being trained as a Guard? Maybe a few Respectables and reasonably balanced across the board.

Yes, but more specifically over a short period of time. Hence the 'day'trade :)
