How do you know when you have reached that cap?

Well is coming from the managers observations and you can find those numbers on this forum. For example Allstar potential is around 45-65k. Ive made my own research too and i have found a few players with Allstar potential having something like 70-72k, but thats only 1 pop up on the main skills, so i can say that are pretty accurate.

To what age do you guys think you could train a player who has Hall of Famer potential for?

I know there can be a lot of factors like Skill set & Height, so for example,

An 18year old 6'6 player being trained as a Guard? Maybe a few Respectables and reasonably balanced across the board.

Sorry, this might be a bit off topic, but I dont want to create a new thread just for one question:
What exactly is day trading?

Well means that you buy 1 player today and after a few days put him on the market on much higher price that you bought him.

Yes, but more specifically over a short period of time. Hence the 'day'trade :)
