I meant private or discord chat. I would tell them to sale the players because of potential and they can't handle the national team player.

I can't agree to that. Thats something a specific manager I cant stand would do. It just alienates people, and further creates the divide and the "party" systems.

First off as a member of the U21 scouting team I have to put my support towards Nick. He has shown he can be an active part of the U21 community and much like JK, he has put the time and effort into scouting, training, and applying himself in gameplan discussions. I believe he is the right guy for the job.

However, I do have a couple questions for all the candidates.

If you were to win the election what do you think you bring to U21 management position that the other candidates lack?

What do you think your biggest obsticle would be if you were appointed U21 manager?

Acknowledged. My point was that Wardo's statement was heading back down the road to bringing that attitude back into the U21 pipeline.

Agreed.
Might as well rally up the entire "good ole boys" to run the show again, and then completely leave everyone else out in the dark/cold to be verbally harassed if things aren't done their way.

I do not like the idea of going from dictatorship to different dictatorship. How about we get some democracy in here. Or, when democracy starts forming, not squash it like a bug.

Not that you are Ivess.

Democracy is the way I would fix the national teams. I would make every1 work hard and move up the scouting ladder.

Hey guys so I have signed up for u21 National Team Coach which means you will al lbe voting for me because I am obviously the best choice. I don't need to explain myself we all know I'm the best of all time, add that to the fact I am an alpha male and my fellow candidates are BETAS and LOSERS who won't bring us success and you get the equivalent of Trump over Hillary lol a very easy decision. Message me if you have concerns about the team once I get elected but trust me I won't care what you say but feel free to suggest ideas to make yourself feel included or something. We will win every competition we participate in and I promise you we will win every single game we play by 30 or more points it will be amazing. This is the new era of USA U21 NT basketball under my leadership I will make us an unbeatable presence and we will all have a great time and it will all be thanks to me. You're welcome in advance.

Aw I'm blushing. Stop it

I bring effort. As I said in my speech, I will stay up late and wake up early for this team. You can ask a variety of managers on the discord, I have been up at all hours the past couple of days, and last night I did not even sleep. I am 100% committed to this team and I will see it through. I am not saying the other managers are not committed or won't put in the effort, I'm just GUARANTEEING that I am MORE committed and will put in MORE effort than them.

My biggest obstacle is easy... thats following JK. He did a fantastic job as coach, and put more time and effort in than any other U21 coach I know. It is going to be incredibly hard to follow in his footsteps, but I strongly believe that with the staff and JK himself behind me, I can pick up right where he left off.
