Two words about driving/handling - it really helps with elastic effect in training other outside skills, which I'm gonna do shortly after I will put some more skills in SB.

It will be something like
12 12
5-7 12

That will put him into PF salary formula and leave some space for outside skills.

Than moving towards JR, Passing, OD.

In the end some free IS and low cap-consuming for a guard ID and SB.

I should and up with something like 122-125 TSP with salary in the area of 40k. Looks good for me :).

Only if you are very unlucky. My all star has 110 TSP and I have seen other all star with more.
