the best tip you could give him here, try to talk about his case with another gm you are allowed to get an 2cd opion.

We don't have enough information, here in the forum to judge the case and even when we have it - we can not ;)

I suggest to build a board called Arbitration .

and a borad named Accusation if possible .

It will be helpful with the communication .

Arbitration is just a way to complain the administration behavior.
it is just a rationalization proposal .
to set gm free from both being executor & arbitrator .

not in public , the discuss should be private .

first , user post a complain public to make a case .
second , arbitrator ask for all the proofs , discuss in some hide board , double check
third, arbitrator post the result public , the administration behavior is proper or improper

this process is well accepted in lots of forums.
