I suggest you to hire a lv2 or 3 PR-manager.

I went with level 2 pr-guy until late last season. Full house/near full house every game and about 16-18k dollars worth of merchandise with a winning team in division III.
This season on division II with a winning team and L4, I overestimated ticket price for bleachers and it shows. 70-75% attendance and mechandise sales aren't improving either. Highest its been is $26k, but now with 1 loss after 13 straight wins in league and cup, its down to $24k (with 3½ balls in fansurvey). So I don't feel he is really pulling his share financially, but he is a local kid, so I'm going to stick with him for now.

around 40% extra income are so bad, for merchandise?

And 70-75 % vsitors for a succesfull team, ain't good prices, there you could raise your income with smaller prices.

After 1 1/2 seasons of a level 1 PR Manager (PRM), I decided to pony up and purchase a level 4 PRM, and after more than half a season I did not see a drastic change in ticket sales, merchandise sale, TV Contract, or fan survey that would merit a 14k salary for a PRM.

I estimated I was making about 4-6k more a week with an upgraded PRM, but losing 10k a week due to the PRM salary.

Does anyone have anything to add or dispute to this?

I'm using $14k more on staff wages and get $3k less in merchandise than my league's averages are.

Thanks, but since I can adjust ticket prices once a month, I'd rather adjust them cautiously and lose some money, than adjust them radically and lose lots of money.
