well you have two things to do to get there.

upgrade your arena when you can. or try and buy someone pretty average for not much on the transfer list.

if you think you can hold onto your position in the league then work on coming 5th and invest a lot in scouting. then at the end of the season you can see a lot more information about the new players

Yeah i know, i'm working on it. Transfer list seems pretty competitive though and timing has gotten me a few times.

I'm still still new though, we'll get there.
