I've read it somewhere, but I don't think it was a public folder.

the point is: the normal situation is that wages increase at the start of each season. So if there is no announcement, there is no increase. Since you saw no announcement for increase at the all-star break, it is only logic there was no increase. ;)

This was publicly announced at the beginning of the season with the new econ changes, I believe.
