Good feedback Jason. Thank you. But I do still have concern over ratings, since fan satisfaction affects how many will attend game and buy merchandise. I'm not super serious about the game so I probably don't do some of the little things to grow the team properly, but I would still like to have the money to be competitive at Div. III at least. Having a more accurate fan survey might be a small step in that direction.
