Also, it's a C. DMI is basically a salary*GS, and pop in OD probably increases the C salary by less than 0,1% per point, so it may be unnoticeable.

Like mentioned above DMI is salary * GS but GS has decimal points that we can't see. Just like every other stat in the game does, so if you had a GS of 9.9 and it went down to 9.1 you could drop a few 100k in DMI. It's happened to me in the past.

GS is 9 as max.
Stamina should drops every training a bit.
Increase in OD may be less than decrease of stamina.
No evidence of DMI = GS*salary.
