How do you plan to better inform the community of the NT and what they need to do to help? And how do you plan to address the aging roster/rebuild? And how do you see the NT would be different now if the off-site/discord group were not helping new and existing managers with training plans since it has worked well for the U21 despite the shrinking population?

Good luck in your election bid!

And same questions for the rest of the candidates, as well as to our Rooney Rule-esqe foreign manager, what would make you want to lead the USA when your club squad is so consistently awesome?

I once had a team with 1757 players and was $25,835,360 in debt. This is not that team. Join the Discord group open to anyone, but especially for USA managers to improve your club or get involved with the U21 and NT programs (https://discord.gg/cKpNkt2).

The off-site/discord crew should actually be commended on their efforts. Without them things would be a complete mess. This is not about discarding the status quo but bolstering the status quo. All I am saying is more effort needs to be made with the community as a whole to help foster more involvement. And the way I see to get it done is literally more communication. My goal is to be a lot more productive in getting the word out and of getting new blood engaged. It will take time to develop such an increase in involvement but I want to be the one to start pulling us in that direction.

Now to address Tehran, you sir are one of the greats. But it seems like you wish to do this to stroke your own ego. Plus this is buzzer beater, getting upset for not winning a title is like getting upset over losing a beer league softball game. Not that losing doesn't suck but again this is a managerial simulation, of course I want to compete at the highest level possible but c'mon man it's all for fun.

All I want to say is good luck to all candidates. My time as NT manager progressively got harder and harder just because life got in the way. I’ve been sapped of all excitement and will power to really make the team better. It’s definitely a tough task, but I know all of you can help it in your own way. See y’all around.

“Haha” or “lol” are common ways to start a message in America. He most certainly wasn’t making fun of you. But since you pressed his division, he and many others prefer training for U21/NT over competing in a large nation.
